Creative Minds Season 4

Creative Minds Season 4 Prep is Underway! 

Creative Minds Season 4 prep is underway, and we're excited to  start the season early 2022. In this post, we'll be covering what's to come in season 4, along with some other sneak peeks at what members of the server have been working on. 

 Season 4

Creative Minds Season 4 will be ran on Java edition. The server will once again utilize a mix between Creative and Survival mode. We've done a lot more prep behind the scenes to make sure that we will have a more engaged and active community for Season 4. 

New Members

Season 4's crew has been chosen?! I wanna be a part of the group! Yes, the crew's been chosen, but there's still time to join! Send an email to fl8m3qu33n@gmail.com to get a link to our Discord. Our one rule for the season is to try to be as active as possible, and if you are struggling to do so, let GigglingBug (myself) or Fl8me Qu33n (Skyler) know.

New Features

Because we're on Java Edition, we have more game modifications available at our disposal. This season, we will be utilizing the Armor Stand Book, custom mob heads, along with Proximity Chat in-game. 

Proximity Chat

Proximity Chat is a mod for Java Edition that utilizes player proximity and microphones to create a more realistic in-game communication experience. When a player is far away from another player, their voice to the other player is softer, but when they get closer, their voice becomes louder. This can lead to some funny moments. 

For a funny example, check out this clip from HermitCraft where Grian and Mumbo Jumbo give BDoubleo100 a scare.

Sneak Peeks

Prep for Squid Game: Creative Minds Edition has begun. The plan is to have this set to be played sometime during the Summer 2022.
